Dr. Raju Aedla

Dr. Raju Aedla is an Indian Scientist and Environmentalist; who founded the Cafet-Innova Technical Society. He is currently working as Visiting Researcher at Graduate School of Science and Technology, Kumamoto University, Japan. He was recipient of Green Environment Award by Shri. Rajendra Singh, water conservationist from Alwar district, Rajasthan (popular as Waterman of India) at Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering, Kolhapur District, Maharashtra

Early Life and Education:


Dr. Raju Aedla was born on 27 July 1986 at Karimnagar District, Andhra Pradesh, India to a farming community. He did his schooling from Trinity Model High School, Peddapalli, Karimnagar; did his Intermediate from S R Junior College, Hanamkonda. He did his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shadan College of Engineering and Technology and Master of Technology in Environmental Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad. He did his academic project at CSIR-NGRI (National Geophysical Research Institute) Groundwater Division under the guidance of Dr. V. S. Singh, Scientist.

He completed his Ph. D in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System from National Institute of Technology (NIT-Karnataka) under the guidance of Prof. G. S. Dwarakish recipient of Sathish Dhawan Award by Government of Karnataka State of India .

Career:


Dr. Raju Aedla started his career as Assistant Professor at Science and Humanities Department of Maheswara Institute of Technology which is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. He established the student chapter of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. He later worked as Assistant Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Koneru Lakshmaiah University, Vijayawada and Associate Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad.

He was also Director Technical at Stanchion Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. company which offers Geographical Information System Solutions at Hyderabad.
