The 8^th World Conference on Applied Sciences, Engineering and Management (WCSEM-2019) is going to be jointly organized by the Shree Devi Institute of Technology, Kenjar, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India; the Kyushu University, Japan and the Basha Research Corporation (BRCORP) during 26-27 September 2019 at Mangaluru and 05-07 December 2019 at Fukuoka, Japan

PAPER SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Authors interested to participate in this conference may have to first submit their Abstract containing Paper Title, Author / Co-author names and affiliation with valid email id, summary of their paper not exceeding 250 words and keywords in MS-Word File through email to:
[email protected]

Selected abstracts shall receive acceptance letter from the conference secretariat indicating the details of full paper submission and registration. Authors may have to download the paper template from the conference website and prepare their full length paper in the prescribed format and submit before the last date of submission.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Chairs / Co-Chairs and considered for publication in the conference proceedings with ISBN 13: 978-81-930222-3-8 which will be distributed to the participants during the conference. Some of the good quality papers will be forwarded to SCOPUS Indexed International Journals after undergoing separate review process by the editorial committee of the respective Journal and hence published accordingly after the conference.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Registration fee includes conference participation, kit / material, certificate, high tea and lunch, publication of papers in conference proceedings with ISBN 13: 978-81-930222-3-8. It does not include publication fee and in case author needs hard copy of the proceedings then an additional fee will be applicable.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Shree Devi Institute of Technology is located very near to Mangalore International Airport (IXE). Cab providers like Ola & Uber offer convenient transport services in the city, which are extended up to the Mangalore International Airport. The city has three major Railway Stations i.e. Mangalore Central, Mangalore Junction and Surathkal Station. Local participants can also take buses operated by Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) that connects the city with Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Goa, etc.

Fukuoka is one of the most dynamic cities of Japan located at the northern shore of Kyushu Island. It is served by Fukuoka International Airport (FUK) and high speed bullet trains (Shinkansen) operated by Sanyo and Japan Railways. The city has three sub-way lines that connect the downtown area of Tenjin and Omuta. The main bus station is called Hakata that connects Fukuoka with the Airport, Railway Stations and Ferry Ships.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Shree Devi Institute of Technology will be providing free accommodation for the participants attending the conference at Mangalore. However, participants travelling to Fukuoka, Japan may have to make their own arrangements for the accommodation

OYO rooms is collaborating as the accommodation partner for the conference.
