Title: Optimizing
mix proportions for Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) and
investigating the compressive strength

Abstract: In this paper a variety of mix
proportions were prepared with varying different
parameters.Thespecimens were tested for the compressive
strength so as to get optimized mix design that would
deliver the maximum performance in terms of compressive
strength. A total of 54 cubes 3x3x3 inches were
prepared.Specimens were treated with normal water as
well as with hot water. The content of ingredients as
well as the w-b ratio was also kept on changing, so as
to get a better understanding. Results showed that the
mix proportions with higher silica content and lower
water-cement ratio delivered good results.
