Title:
Children Sunday School Portal Development as part of the
Integrated Information System of the Evangelical
Christian Church in Minahasa

Abstract: The
Church needs to utilize the use of Internet for the
importance of disseminating the gospel and strengthening
the faith of the church members, especially children.
One of which is by making contents that are relevant to
understanding the Bible and teachings, which builds the
faith and beliefs of the church members, especially the
generations to come. Internet technologies, such as Web
2.0 allows the Church to intensify the dissemination of
content in a short period of time with a relatively low
cost. Sunday School Portal Web 2.0- based Application is
a reasonable solution for supporting the deployment of
content related to the comprehension of the Bible for
Teachers and Children of Sunday School. This application
is also effectively increases the interaction between
Teacher - Children and Children - Children in Sunday
School learning process. Agile Unified Proces (AUP)
methodology can develop object-oriented software
applications, architecture-centric and Web-based with
iterative process, in a relatively short period of time.
